Cancellation Policy:

In order for us to manage inventory and provide a
higher standard for our guests, we have a strict
48 hour cancellation policy on all activities

72 hour cancellation required for
groups of 4 or more

Any changes to your itinerary need to be made
outside of the 48 - 72 hour window

 No shows will be charged at 100%

All Activities are weather-permitting and may have
to be rescheduled. We will contact you at the
number provided if this occurs

10% cancellation fee for all reservations made with a credit card to cover fees and administrative costs

Hawaiian Ultimate Adventures is not required to call
and confirm your reservation once you are on the
island. The email receipt you receive when you
reserve your excursion is your confirmation. You
can call us once get to Maui to confirm, and for
additional directions

It is your responsibility to know where
and when to show up based on your reservation

Please note that tour departure sites,  locations &
times may be substituted due to weather conditions.
We will call you at the number you provide with any changes

You will be required to sign a liability release before going on
